It would be fair to say that in terms of leadership in high-pressured environments, Kathryn has walked the talk.
With a background as a senior leader in the corporate world of Financial Services, she was described as bringing a fresh perspective and different viewpoint to the organisations for which she worked.
Kathryn’s career has been an eclectic mix of strategic and cultural change roles with broad experience in operational leadership.
Her previous roles have included Head of Customer Experience for the UK’s largest insurance company, and the fabulously titled Head of Hearts and Minds.
Kathryn is the founding Director of Concinnity, and the creation of the company came from her passion for supporting people to become all that they are, and make a positive difference at work and in life.
As a Coach, Facilitator and Consultant, her natural style is a balance of supportive understanding and thought-provoking challenge.
Kathryn graduated from Cardiff University's Business School many years ago. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP; fully qualified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; trained in Provocative Therapy and a Member of the Association for Coaching.
